As a couple flying in from out of state with no knowledge of the area, we were concerned we would miss out on the perfect house simply because we were unaware. Claire was awesome. I was relocating from Hawaii to Florida not sure the distance nationally could have been any greater. The home we offered on was in probate and required a tremendous amount of back and forth over four months with not just the sellers but also probate attorneys, trustees, family members, and even a local judge. The process took a long time and Claire was responsive and ready to jump in and help 100% of the time. We also closed on a home that was over 1 hour from her home and she never complained about driving down to check on something when asked. She's the best agent I have ever worked with and this is saying a lot because I'm a lender in the real estate industry and have had to deal with thousands of agents in my years.
